MARCHING BAND THIS WEEK
This is MINICAMP WEEK, 6-9pm, Tuesday through Thursday. Learning the basics and getting started on the music.
PARENT MEETING: We’ll have a meeting for you at 6pm in the auditorium following drop-off. The meeting will supply general information about the season to families and the importance of your involvement. WE WILL HAVE OUR MAIN LOT BLOCKED OFF, PLEASE PARK ALONG THE CURB BY THE TENNIS COURTS OR BY THE ATHLETIC ENTRANCE (DOOR X).
For New Families that miss the meeting last week, here are the Parent Guides for Marching Band:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xCVLCVpz-uAMFphMTomzHilYRX-s04SY/edit?usp=drive_link&ouid=115467709464376736224&rtpof=true&sd=true
PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF DROPOFF AND PICKUP PROCEDURES. THE MAIN LOT WILL BE BLOCKED OFF.

ATTENDANCE: Students are now expected to be at all rehearsals. If a student is missing a full band rehearsal or performance for an excused absence, parents/guardians should complete the Absence Report Form at this link. We know many families will be on vacation through the summer, that is perfectly fine. Please let us know when you’re gone. Everyone should be here when we kick off band camp in August. http://www.pnhsbands.com/absence-request-form/
